- Neurological assessment and rehabilitation for clients recovering from neurological or neuromuscular conditions such as
- Cerebrovascular Accident or Stroke
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Head injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Multiple Scelerosis
- The centre in Singapore provides outpatient rehabilitation services such as Physiotherapy, Occupation Therapy and/or Speech Therapy
- Individual who is just discharged from acute and/or community hospitals, those with difficulties walking, prone to frequent falls, problems with self-care such as feeding, swallowing or articulating and those who requires intensive rehabilitation, will benefit from our neurological services
- The training is individualized and one-on-one
- Outcome measures and full reporting including initial assessment, reassessment and discharge summaries will be provided to referring doctors or to client, utilizing URP’s best practice model of rehabilitation
- Transport Service is available
